The World Cup gives all cricketing kingdoms a fair chance to battle for the Big prize but at Indian Fantasy League even you can have a go and here's your chance to steal the big prize from right under the noses of all contenders!
Let your fantasies be fulfilled on IFC. Be the manager and the selector - trading world class players and winning rewards for their performance!
About the Game
The game is very simple. This is played in sync with the real life cricket tournaments. You need to select your team from amongst the actual players participating in the tournament and when the players perform on field, you gain points on IFL.
To begin with, you need to create a team and being in charge of your team, you get to select and manage your squad.
Just remember, the aim of the game is to select players who score the most for you. As explained in detail here the players that you select in your fantasy team score points for you based on their actual performance in matches. Your team scores for you and you gain points. These points can be exchanged for goodies at the
IFL Redeem Gifts Store.
If your team does exceptionally well there are some amazing prizes as well!

Registration
Kick start your IFL adventure by registering with us and providing us with some basic information about you.
A one time registration allows you to access and explore all the exciting fantasy games that IFL has in store.
Late registrations
Just in case you have reached us after the start of the ongoing tournament, don't sweat. As they say, better late than never! You can still be part of the most exciting online fantasy cricket game.
Register and build your own fantasy team and get all the points your selected players have scored in the tournament. But yes there is a cost!
If you register after the start of a tournament, you have the advantage of reviewing the performances of finished matches. However, for every match that passes after the start of the tournament, the initial credit pool available for the selection of your 16 member fantasy team will get reduced by some credits (this might vary from tournament to tournament).
In addition to this, you will buy players on their current cost which can be different from their initial cost. This is because IFL has put together an exciting dynamic player cost system under which costs of performing players increase over time and that of non-performing players decreases.
Once you have registered your fantasy team, all the points scored by the players selected by you in the matches that have already been completed will be credited to your account, and you can start to play the game in the normal way.
Remember, the initial credits provided to you will become your total credits as well. This means that even for future transfers, you will have to work with the reduced credits. So the lesson is to not delay one further moment. Sign up now and create your Fantasy team right now!
Please keep in mind that when you create a team, your team starts to score at the start of the next new inning (Test Matches) or the next match day (for ODIs)

Team Creation
After you've selected a name for your team, a slogan and the description - you go on to the first crucial step - 'Create your Team'.
Go to 'Select a Squad of 16' and depending on the tournament (Tests / ODIs / T20) select the
team formation that you want -
5-4-2-5 or 6-2-2-6 (Batsmen- All Rounders - Wicketkeepers - Bowlers).
Now according to the formation, select your 16 players from amongst the extensive list of players participating in the tournament from the given categories– Batsmen, All Rounders, Bowlers and Wicket keepers.
To acquire the players of your choice you have a given amount of credits which you then utlilise to buy players. The cost of each player is given alongside.
As you add players the available credits to buy more players keep reducing so remember to keep within your allocated budget.
You may try out as many combinations and make as many changes till you feel satisfied with your selection. Now click on 'Save Team' and seal the deal.
Playing XI
From the total 16 member squad that you own you have to select your playing 11 for every match. This needs to be done at least
half an hour before the start of the match. And remember
only the playing 11 will score for you in any match.
For example, you might have Sehwag in your 16 member squad but you do not select him in your playing 11 for the day. Thus, no matter how well he does on the field that day, you will not get any points for his performance.
The playing 11 selection gets carried forward for the next match also if the selection is not updated.

Player Costs
IFL has put together a complex algorithm that continuously tracks the performance of each of the players. Based on the IFL points that a player scores, his actual cost at which he may be bought or traded keeps changing. This means that high performing players will tend to become expensive as the tournament progresses, while non-performing players will get cheaper. The movement of player costs can be tracked by visiting
Players Credit Status page.

Transfers
Here’s what makes Fantasy better than asli! You as a manager keep an eye on the performance of your team members – if there is a player out of your 16 member squad, whose performance you are not happy with, you can easily replace the player!
Such player transfers can be done in accordance with the transfer rules for the specific tournament. The number of transfers allowed, the time when this can be done and with what penalty is announced during the tournament. Generally these are done in between Phases with a minimal penalty credit points.
