This contest is based on skill and require you to earn highest Networth during the Contest Period to win Prize(s).

Prize(s) to be given shall be mentioned against each contest accordingly and shall be subject to additional terms and conditions / rules (as applicable).
The person with the highest Networth at the end of contest period will be declared as a Winner of the respective prize(s). Incomplete information provided under this Contest shall not be entertained and shall stand disqualified, without any intimation.
Prize(s) will be limited to a maximum of one person per family. - by definition, of corresponding names, address, phone number, ration card proof, valid email i.d.'s etc. We, have an absolute right to follow a thorough procedure of identification of the Winner(s) to ensure that there is no one person who is awarded prize(s) repeatedly.
Winner is solely responsible for the collection of the Prize(s) from the location, as intimated by us to you. Any cost incurred in connection with taking delivery of the prize shall be solely borne by the Winner.
Any / all cost involved to enjoy or utilize the prize shall be borne by the winner solely.
We will deduct taxes @ 30.9% for Prizes worth RS 5,000/- or above in value (as per section 194b of the Income Tax Act, 1961) and @ 33.99% if the prize value exceeds RS 10 lacs. TDS will be collected by demand draft in the name of "Indian Fantasy Games Pvt. Ltd." payable at Mumbai. All winners will be given a TDS redemption certificate for EFY collection.
In addition, any/all applicable taxes / levies that may be applicable on the award of such prize shall be borne by the Winner.
We reserve the right to change the prize at any time, with or without any notice, during the contest period.
We expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied and shall not be held responsible for any losses / damages / misplacement of prizes .
We make no warranty that the Prize(s) made available under the contest will meet your requirements, or the delivery of the Prize(s) will be timely, secure, etc. We will not be responsible for any damage of Prize(s) done in transit or non-delivery of the prize due to no fault on our part or non-delivery of the prize due to address provided by the winner being incorrect or incomplete, etc.
