Welcome to the Internet site of Indian Fantasy Games. The Indian Fantasy League, including all sub-site, is operated by Indian Fantasy Games ("Company", "Promoter", "we" or "us"). The Company provides its service (as defined herein after) to you ("User"), subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("TC"), which may be updated by us, from time to time without prior notice to you.

In addition, when using the Company owned or operated services, you and the Company shall be subject to the guidelines or rules applicable to such service. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TC. The Company may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.

The Company is providing Indian Fantasy League (hereinafter referred to as "IFL") as an online Fantasy Game portal ("Service" or "Game"). The Company is providing the said Service through its website www.indianfantasyleague.com ("IFL Website" or "Site"). All games offered by IFL will run parallel to actual sport events/ matches. Eligible matches for each game will be described in the appropriate sections on the IFL website.

By using the IFL Website you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions.      

Indian Fantasy League
IFL, IFL Website, its logo, logos of its various sub sites, concept, software, applications, products and services incidental thereto are owned by the Company.      

Entry to the Game

Qualification
Registration is open to all. All you need to have is a valid email identity. Also, the game should not be prohibited or be otherwise unlawful in the country of your residence. The Site collects a limited amount of mandatory personal data from its users which is kept in strict confidentiality (refer to our “Privacy Policy” for details). Certain other information is optional. There is no disqualification for registration on the basis of age, but in case of minors, the parents/ guardians may contact our support team at support@tennis.indianfantasytennis.com and clarify their concerns, if any.

Charges
Joining the Game is absolutely free and there are no charges for registration or playing. However, your internet service provider might charge you for internet access, depending upon your agreement with it.  

Registration
Users are required to explicitly register themselves on the games they are interested to play. A registered user with IFL on a particular game will not be registered automatically to a new game or promotion. 

Dates
Registration shall be open from the launch of a game to the appropriate date mentioned in the “How to Play” section on each game on IFL.

Number of Entries
There is no restriction on the number of times you may enter the game.

Channel
The only way to register is through the official IFL website www.indianfantasyleague.com. Links from other websites may also direct you to the IFL Website for this purpose.

Registering/ Sign Up
When a User registers at the IFL website, he (she) would need to provide the following mandatory information (“User Information”):  

• First name and last name; and
• Correct and accurate email address
• Sex and age
• City and country

The User shall have to assign a username and password for the account. He will also have to assign a team name for his team. All this information and a confirmation of registration will then be emailed to the User at the email address provided. Thereafter, the User can log in to the IFL Website and will be directed to the appropriate team management pages.

Acknowledgement
Once you register/ sign up, you will receive an acknowledgement of your registration, confirming your user name, password etc. via email sent to the email identity provided by you during registration. It is clarified that the Company shall in no way be responsible for failure of registration due to incorrect or invalid email identities.

Forgot Password
Incase the User forgets his/ her password, the password will be emailed at the email address provided at the time of registration after a request for a new password is made by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ icon.  

Other Terms of Use      

• The Promoter's record of Scoring Events is final and no correspondence will be entertained to this effect.
• The Promoter reserves the right to delete or hide any names/ logos/ slogans/ photos or team names that might be offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, racist, obscene or menacing, or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other rights; or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the User accepts that the Promoter does not endorse and has no control over any content posted by other Users.
• The Promoter has the right to decide the top performing teams or any other teams/ managers based on the scoring system developed for each game and displayed on the IFL Website.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change, amend, modify, update, suspend, cancel, or introduce any new games, competitions or Rules thereof, intimation for which shall be sent to all registered Users by way of email or through announcement on the website
• The scores of every eligible User would be evaluated on a pre-decided scoring system developed for each game and uploaded on the IFL Website/sub site. However, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any delays in uploading of the scores for any reason.
• The Grand Prize and other prizes for various competitions to be awarded during or at the end of a game shall be displayed on the IFL Website/sub sites on appropriate pages. The names of the “Winners” shall be displayed on the IFL Website and the winners intimated by email/ phone.

Under no circumstances including, but not limited to, negligence, shall IFL or any third party content provider or their respective agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the IFL Website, software and/or services.

General Rules for Prize Winners      

• The Winners are responsible to ensure that they are able to accept the prizes. In case a prize winner is unable to do so, or is not contactable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and announce another winner.
• The delivery of the prizes shall be made either at New Delhi or Mumbai, or any other place at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Any cost incurred in connection with taking delivery of the prize shall have to be borne by the Winner.
• Any cost which is to be borne in order to enjoy or utilize the prize will be borne by the winner solely.
• Any taxes that may be applicable on the award of such prize shall be borne by the Winner.
• The prizes cannot and will not be negotiated upon, transferred, replaced or altered for cash etc.
• In case of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances by which the announced prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment happening due to or after accepting the prize by the Winner.
• The decision of the Promoter is final for any competition
• The Promoter reserves the exclusive right to use the Winner’s name, the Winner’s team name, composition of the team, scoring, etc. for any form of publicity or advertisement.
• The Promoter shall seek proof of valid identification of the Winner before awarding the prize.

Prize Distribution      

• Prizes will be limited to a maximum of one per family unit - by definition, of corresponding names, address, common phone numbers, ration card proof, valid email i.d.'s etc. A thorough process of identification will be in process to ensure that there is no repetition of prizes going to the same individual / family members. We will of course give the prize of maximum value.
• We will thoroughly verify with winners their valid visual (photographic) and dated proof of identity, residence address, unique email id and/or unique phone number details for validation of identification until we are convinced of individuality and no repetition before distributing a prize.
• IFL will deduct taxes @ 30.9% for Prizes worth RS 5,000/- or above in value (as per section 194b of the Income Tax Act, 1961) and @ 33.99% if the prize value exceeds RS 10 lacs. TDS will be collected by demand draft in the name of "Indian Fantasy Games Pvt. Ltd." payable at Mumbai. All winners will need to provide proper identification including PAN card details and will be given a TDS redemption certificate for EFY collection from IFL. In case of minors winning a prize their guardian’s details will be requested for verification.
• IFL will not be responsible for loss or replacement of the prizes (vouchers only) sent by courier if the address provided by the winner is incorrect or incomplete or if the winner is unavailable at the address.
• Winners must collect their prizes from the mentioned place in person or by representative with proper authorization and adequate identification. No requests for courier / mail will be entertained.
• IFL will not be held responsible for any losses / damages / misplacement of prizes once handed over to the authorized party. If a winner can't collect their prize then the prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
• All winners will be given their prizes only after IFL has received all complete details for verification. Till such time even if announced on our sites, IFL reserves the right to amend and ameliorate all winner’s lists of any series / tournament hosted on IFC. No communication on the same will be entertained.

Intellectual Property
The IFL Website and the services provided therein are protected by copyright pursuant to The Copyright Act 1957, international conventions and other copyright laws. All materials contained on the Site are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by the Company or the party credited as the provider of the content. You agree to abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any part of the Site. Copying or storing any part of the Site is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from the Company or the copyright holder as identified on the www.indianfantasyleague.com, and all other service marks, trademarks and logos displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Company Trademarks”) are the property of the Company, its affiliates. You agree not to display or use the Company Trademarks in any manner. Elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the "look and feel," are protected by trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any Site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by the Company.

The term "Intellectual Property Rights" means, copyrights, database rights, trade marks, trade names, domain names, rights in logos, get-up and content, inventions, trade secrets and know-how, patents, designs all rights of whatever nature in computer software and data, all rights of privacy and all intangible rights and privileges of a nature similar to any of the above, in every case in any part of the world and whether or not registered, and including all granted or pending registrations, and all rights to make applications for registration in respect of any of the same.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the content and design of the Site and any material emailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with services provided by this Site are the property of the Company. You may not use or reproduce any Intellectual Property of the Company , including any trademarks, registered or unregistered, for any reason without express written permission from the Company. Grant of such permission shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

Logos and trademarks of any sponsors, partner or affiliate of the Company or of the game as displayed on the website are property of the respective entity. Player pictures used on the website are used under license from authorized agent/ affiliate. Copyright to the same rests with the said agent/ affiliate.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with laws of UAE. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

The employees/ family/ agents of the Promoter and associates are not eligible to play or claim prizes in the game.

All Users agree to observe these rules and requirements and failure to observe these will mean that any potential winning entry is invalid and any prize awarded will be forfeited.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site, including all content, software, documents, functions, materials, graphics, and information made available on or accessed through or sent from the Site, are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates make no representation or warranties or endorsements of any kind whatsoever about: (a) the content on and provided through the Site; (b) the materials, information and functions made accessible by the software used on or accessed through the Site; (c) the materials, messages and information sent from the Site by Users; (d) any products or services offered by third parties or hypertext links to third parties; and/or (e) any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the service or any linked Site. The Company does not warrant that the functions contained in the service or any materials or content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the service or the servers that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company does not warrant that your activities or use of the service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and, in any event, specifically disclaim such warranties. You understand that by using any of the features of the Site, you act at your own risk, and you represent and warrant that your activities are lawful in every jurisdiction where you access or use the service. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, or the performance of, the Site, even if such damages are foreseeable or the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages whether in an action based on contract, negligence or tort.

This site is owned and provided by Indian Fantasy Games ("Company"). Your use of this site is subject to the following terms, conditions, and policies of the Company.

General Restrictions
The Company is the owner of all content displayed on this site. Material from the site may only be copied or printed for your own personal use in connection with your participation in a Fantasy Game or your purchase of a service or product offered on the site. None of the material appearing on the site may be copied, distributed, modified, re-posted or otherwise displayed for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company. All of the trademarks, service marks, logos and other identifying marks used and displayed on the site are owned by the Company. This site is copyright protected.

Age Restrictions
Participation in the Fantasy Game offered on the site is open to individuals from around the world who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, state or country. However, there is no disqualification on the basis of age, incase of minors, the parents/ guardians should contact our support team at support@tennis.indianfantasytennis.com and clarify their concerns if any.

Collection of Information
The Company collects various information from visitors and users of its site. Some of this information is collected in the process of registering to participate in Fantasy Games, other information is collected specifically in order to improve our site, to learn more about the needs of visitors, to target advertising to users of our sites, or to accomplish other business purposes. The Company reserves the right to use all information collected for any legally permissible purpose including, but not limited to telemarketing, email advertising and promotions, banner advertising, and direct mail advertising. In addition, the Company reserves the right to disclose, transfer or sell all information collected from visitors or users to third parties, including but not limited to its own business affiliates, and to authorize such third parties to use the information for any legally permissible purpose.

Use of Remarks and Suggestions
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, concepts, designs, and graphics which are furnished at any time by a user or visitor to any of the site will be regarded as non-proprietary and shall become the exclusive property of the Company (unless the rights to such matters are specifically reserved in writing by the user or visitor at the time of submission).

Security of the site
The Company uses industry standard measures to insure security on its site and regularly monitors its site for inappropriate or illegal activities by third parties. The Company cares greatly about its users and believes that it has incorporated appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of sensitive information.
